The hotel service is very good but the restaurant has some lack of service missing thing that are important and some of the waitress not to friendly and keep together forgetting the clients also need to offer light menu. The attention and the food is to different from the morning

A really nice setting with very beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel. A convention hotel which is on the outskirts of Manizales. The rooms are nice and modern but on the small side. Breakfast is included but just fair.

My visit to the Recinto del Pensamiento was tranquil and perfect in every regard. The beauty of the surroundings, the extraordinarily beautiful environment, the excellent restaurant, and the friendliness and elegance of the staff made my trip a peaceful and beautiful event. Highly recommend.

They’re 7 of us on a birding trip and we stayed here 3 nights. Staff was not friendly. The restaurants menu is very limited. They offer 5 types of potatoes but no vegetables. In this world of technology how about having more outlets in the rooms? Would not recommend.

We stayed two nights with our tour group. The hotel is surrounded with beautiful flowers and manicured gardens. We took an early morning walk around the hotel before breakfast. The room was small but but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had fresh juices and fresh fruits. I loved the hot potato meat soup in the morning. The staff was very nice and tried their best to serve us two dinners with vine.

I really did enjoy the hotel. My room was comfortable and everything was super clean. The was polite,and attentive. This hotel is also well located. My one complaint was the hotel’s restaurant. I became sick after eating thete, as did my guide and my driver.There are so many good restaurants in Manizales, and I wish that we had gone to one of them.

Nice room even if basic. The environment and kindness of their staff is remarkable. The food was very interesting, the wine just drinkable. I enjoyed walking around just by myself after a frantic 2 days travelling in Colombia

The service, from the Checking until the end was awasome, people very kind definately I'll recommend, very close to all the areas you might want to visit in Manizales, we went to el nevado del ruiz another great experience.

El cable del sendero ecológico ya no sirve y sería algo que le devolvería el atractivo al hotel y al recorrido tan bonito que tenían hace algunos años. Sería lo primero que el huésped debe saber al momento de comprar el paquete para realizar la actividad. No encontrarse con un cable inactivo y corroído por la intemperie y el abandono.
